Personal Learning Time (PLT) takes place every Tuesday and Thursday during the second block. This is an opportunity for students to sign up for one of their four classes to receive extra help on specific topics or to deepen their understanding.

How to Sign Up for PLT

For the first two months of the school year, students will sign up for PLT using a sign-up sheet with one of their four teachers.

Each teacher will have a sign-up sheet in their classroom that includes information about the topic or activity they will be offering that day for PLT.

To sign up:

• Check with your teachers to see what PLT topics or activities are being offered.
• Choose the class and teacher you would like to attend.
• Add your name to the sign-up sheet in your teacher’s classroom.

PLT in the Library

Students may also sign up to attend PLT in the library. Space is limited to 30 students, and the library is only available to Grade 10, 11, and 12 students.

Please remember to sign up in advance, as library space is limited.
