Student Notices - Jun. 2, 2023

We would like to begin by acknowledging and thanking the First Peoples of the Hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ language groups on whose traditional and unceded territories we teach, learn and live.

Good morning Cambie Coyotes, thank you for supporting one another during National AccessAbility Week and we hope to keep inclusive practices within Cambie walls.  If you personally struggle with learning, are graduating and planning on continuing your education, the National Educational Association of Disabled Students has a website that lists information and awards and scholarships specifically for students with disabilities.  Also please feel free to connect with one of our counsellors.  Let’s continue to be an inclusive Cambie and a safe learning space to be proud of.

This week is Bike to School Week! If you bike, roll, or scooter to school, you will get a ballot to enter into a contest for fabulous prizes including a $50 gift card to Caps Cycles, and fitness passes, and sport visit cards to the Cambie Community Centre. If you miss seeing an Ecosaver in the morning to get a ballot, please go to room C213 (Mrs. Law's room) to get a ballot. We are also sorry to say that the Bike Check Up has been cancelled for this week.
