Student Notices - May 30, 2024

We would like to begin by acknowledging and thanking the First Peoples of the Hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ language groups on whose traditional and unceded territories we teach, learn and live.

Attention all Cambie student-athletes. Our annual Cambie Athletics Banquet is set for June 5th. Please make sure to pick up your ticket from the Rotunda on Friday this week, or next week on Monday or Tuesday (the sooner the better). Tickets are free to anyone who played on a Cambie Athletics Team, as long as you have paid all of your team fees. If you have not yet paid your fees, please do so and then you can get a ticket. If you have not paid your fees come the time of the banquet, you will not be permitted to attend. Anyone who did not play on a Cambie Athletics Team this school year may attend for $20. The Cambie Athletics Banquet will feature awards, dinner, slideshow, guest speaker, door prizes and so on. Dress attire is semi formal. We look forward to seeing you there. If you have any questions at all, please see Mr. Meier.

Hey Cambie, it’s Bike to School next Week! Come to school by bike to receive a free juice box AND a chance to win a prize from the Cambie Ecosavers! Check out the prize on the library display! You can bring your bike to the library during PLT for a tune up or repair. Let’s find eco friendly ways to get to school Coyotes!

Attention all grade 11s: Are you interested in helping to make your grade 12 year as amazing as possible? If so, you should consider being a Grad Council executive next year! Please see Mr. Hamm, scan the QR code given to your C block teacher, or check the grad council Instagram page for more information. Applications are due Sunday, June 2nd.

A reminder to Art Club to pick up your trading cards and sleeve combo in room B121. Fill as many as you like and make sure to trade with your fellow artists on June 18, after school in room B121! See you there, Art Clubbers!
