Student Announcements - September 17, 2025

We would like to begin by acknowledging and thanking the First Peoples of the Hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ language groups on whose traditional and unceded territories we teach, learn and live.

It’s that time again! The Post-Secondary BC Fair is coming to Cambie on Thursday, September 26th from 1:00 to 2:30.All grades welcome. Grade 10 to 12 students are encouraged to attend the presentations. see you there!

Hello Grade 11 and 12 students, On Thursday, September 18, there will be a mandatory assembly during PLT for all Grade 11 and 12 students. During the assembly, we will review the updates to the Ministry guidelines, go over the first required assignment, and provide time for all students to complete a form. This form is necessary for the district to correctly register students under the proper course code. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing all Grade 11 and 12 students at PLT on Thursday, September 18.

Attention Grade 8s!
Are you interested in running for Grade 8 Student Council Representative? Join us for an information session this Thursday at lunch in Room B211 (Mme. Masaki’s room).

Did you sign up for Ecosavers? Whether you did or not, everyone is welcome to room B230 on Friday afterschool. Come learn how to recycle, what Ecosavers is all about, and help your earth out.

Hey COYOTES! Are you interested in trying out for the cheer team? TODAY is the second and final skills clinic from 3:30-5pm in the Rotunda. We will be teaching you the skills you need to be prepared for Friday's Tryouts. This is also a great opportunity to try the sport without the pressure of Tryouts. Please wear athletic gear and indoor running shoes. Any questions, DM @cambiecheer on instagram or see Mme Masaki in room B211.

Hello Cambie Coyotes.  There will be a meeting for all students interested in being a Library Monitor on Monday Sept. 29 at Lunch in the library.  We will be discussing the work done, training and the time commitment. If you have any questions, please ask Mr. Ryan or Ms. Alcarraz.
