Any grade 8 students who are interesting in challenging their math skills and would like to participate in the upcoming Gauss mathematics contest are invited to talk to their math teacher or see Mr Hamm in C201 by Thursday, April 23^rd to sign up.

There will be a Student Council shadowing program meeting tomorrow at lunch in B211 (Mme Masaki's room) for anyone interested in learning more about Student Council executive roles for next year. Congratulations to the girls rugby team who competed in two very exciting matches this past Friday at King George park, despite being short handed. They started slow in the first game, but came out strong in the 2^nd half to make the first game close, narrowly losing to Fleetwood Park. In their second game of the day, Cambie was dominant against Tamanawis, winning 30-5. The King sisters combined to score 9 total trys over the two games. The girls are hoping to add a few more teammates to the roster. If you are interested in giving rugby a try, and being a part of a fun team, please see Mr. Meier
