The Pascal, Cayley, and Fermat Math contests from the University of Waterloo will be happening soon. These competitions are a great chance to test out your mathematical skills and see things from a new perspective. Students in grades 8-11 who are interested in participating should talk to their math teacher or see Mr Hamm in C201 to sign up by the end of January.

Congratulations to the table tennis team who won their first match of the year, 7 to 2, against Burnett who they have not beat in the last 4 years. Come and cheer them on in their next home game on Tuesday.

Do you want experience in public speaking skills, making arguments and claims with evidence, and engaging in competitions with schools across the district? Cambie Debate would love to have you! At Cambie Debate, members can learn and master these skills through the Canadian National Debate Format, among other styles you can learn all about.
