Any girls in grade 8 interested in playing basketball this year, you have a tryout on Tuesday at 3:00; please let everyone know, and bring a friend or two. Come and try it out. It's a great way to get involved. The coaches are very excited to get to work with you.
Did you have a great experience watching volleyball at Cambie this year? Do you miss it already? Well, we have something amazing to offer everyone. Cambie will be hosying TEAM CANADA's U18 women's team; that is the best U18 female volleyball players in all of Canada, future D1 athletes, future Olympians for an intersquad, Red vs White scrimmage on Monday, November 24th at 7:30. Doors open at 7:00. Admission will be by donation (no minimum), with all proceeds going to support the National program. Let's pack the gym and be. Agreat crowd to support team Canada!
Are you ready for some exciting basketball action? The Cambie senior boys home opener takes place on Tuesday, November 25th at 7:00. Pre-game ceremonies will take place around 6:45, so come early to catch all of the excitement. The day will feature a series of games featuring Cambie's grade 8 boys kicking things off at 3:30, followed by our grade 10 boys at 5:00, and senior boys taking on Richmond Christian at 7:00. Come on out to cheer on the team - be loud Cambie!
