It’s Mental Wellness Awareness Week and we will be sharing daily tips on improving your mental health in your announcements. Meditation is one strategy that can be used to calm down and relax your nervous system. If you would like to learn more about Meditation join Ms. Koo tomorrow during PLT in the library conference room.
Hey Coyotes! Are you curious about science, technology, engineering, and math? Join the H.J. Cambie STEM Club for our very first meeting! We’ll be working on fun projects, hosting workshops, and even doing community outreach events like visiting elementary schools. Our first meeting is on TODAY during lunch at B213.
