Student Announcements - April 8, 2025

We would like to begin by acknowledging and thanking the First Peoples of the Hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ language groups on whose traditional and unceded territories we teach, learn and live.

Attention grade 12s, due to low submission numbers and payments, we are extending the window to complete valedictory write ups and make payments to attend the ceremony by 1 week. The extended deadline will be TOMORROW, Wednesday, April 9. Please make sure to make payment and complete your write up if you wish to attend your graduation ceremony.

Hello Grade 12s. April 29 is Grade 12 day and we will be spending it at Spanish Banks. To make this event a success, you will need to fill out the T shirt and Pizza survey that was sent to your email.  The deadline to complete the survey is Today, April 8 at 3pm.  Please see Mr Ngo if you did not get the survey in your email.

Volunteers are needed to help out at the Dry After Grad Bottle Drive here at Cambie on Saturday, April 12 from 10am-1pm. This is a great opportunity to add to your service hours. Volunteers can be from any grade, but it would be really great if some of our grads could come out to show their support to this group of parent volunteers. If you are interested please come to the office to sign up.

Congratulations to the girls rugby team on another impressive effort in their game yesterday. Although they came up just short against a top team, they played with great effort and resiliency. A special shout out to Preet Grewal and Amelia King for scoring tries, and to Thea Gaspar who once again scored not one but two tries in the game. Shaiya Renshi also converted a kick for the extra points. Also, a special note that Kulraj Dhaliwal was a monster on defense, leading the team in tackles. The next practice is on Wednesday; it is not too late to join. For more information, please see Mr. Meier
