Hey Cambie students, it's reading Riot time again! For those who don't know reading riot is a yearly reading contest. Come to the library and read some great books from great authors. The contest is on now, and will run until April 04, and it's easy to join! Read as many of the 12 titles as you wish. As you finish each book, fill out a ballot in the library, rating your book from 1-5 stars. Every Friday, a ballot is drawn and one participant wins a prize, so come and join in on the fun!
Hello Cambie students, please be aware that the Richmond School District supports a scent-free environment. Staff, students, and visitors may have severe heath reactions to strong scents such as perfumes, colognes, shampoos, and heavily scented items. Please be aware of this information as you get ready for school. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our school air healthy and fragrance-free.
A reminder to all grade 12s that valedictory grad write ups, grad fees, Cambie school scholarships and McEwan scholarships are due tomorrow, April 1. Please make sure you complete everything by 3pm. Please go to the school website for detailed information or see Ms Hui if you have any questions.
The cafeteria is implementing a pilot program of using blue containers to serve food. When you are finished eating, please place the blue container into the bins around the rotunda. There is also one at the top of the stairs in the rotunda. Thank you from the Cambie Ecosavers.
To all Grade 10, 11 and 12 students...are you interested in learning more about the field of policing and emergency services? If so, apply now to attend the Richmond RCMP Youth Academy. Applications are available on the Career Programs website or see your career advisor Ms. Tang at career center. These are due Wednesday, April 2nd to the RCMP detachment.
