It's Mental Health Promotion Month and this year the theme is A CALL TO BE KIND, so we are focusing on being kind to others and caring for ourselves.  To kick off our celebrations the Mental Health Promotion Club is hosting a Wellness Fair at Recess and Lunch in the Rotunda- all students are welcome to attend during the breaks, some classes will also be attending during A block.  We are excited to welcome a number of our community partners to the fair, including Foundry, RAS, Success, ICY, VCH, Touchstone and Rabbitat.  Mr. Lee will also be offering Bike Tune-ups, so bring your bike. Our own Mental Health Promotion Club and Here 4 Peers will be sharing information too.

Be sure to pick up your BINGO card from the Mental Health Promotion Club table so that you can enter our contest to win a Tim Horton's gift card!
