Huge congratulations to the Cambie Jazz Band for being awarded gold at the Envisions International Jazz Festival and being invited to Musicfest Canada as well as being asked to perform at the Vancouver International Jazz Festival in June. Amazing work!!!

Anyone interested in participating in Track and Field this year, please make sure you sign up for your desired events with any of the PE Teachers. There will be a mandatory meeting on Monday, April 8^th at lunch in the gym. We will start practices on Tuesday of next week during PLT and after school. Here’s an announcement from the Cambie Community Centre: Are you looking for a fun place to hangout with your friends? Maybe meet new people? Or do fun activities? Well, every Friday from 6-8:30pm at Cambie Community Centre feel welcome to attend their late Volleyball, or Basketball drop in. Only a Valid Active Pass is required and everyone is welcome! 16+ are encouraged to stay longer for the late LATE night sport drop in from 9:00 – 11:30pm. Government ID and a fee of $3.30 is required. Or you can check out Cambie’s Friday Night hangout offered in the games room from 6:00 – 9:00pm also free with a valid active pass.
