Reminder to all staff that the Brief Staff Meeting is starting at 11:00am today in the staff room.

 

Attention all grade 12 students, if you wish to be considered for a Service Award, Volunteer Hours Tracking Form must be submitted to the Office by Thursday May 16, 2024.

 

Interested in career in Emergency Medicine? Want to learn more? Come by Ms. Wood's room A209, on Monday April 22nd, at lunch to listen to Brian Twaites, recruitment agent for BCEHS, talks about the exciting career opportunities with BC's Ambulance Service.  Anyone is welcome.

 

ATTENTION all student! There will be a Teachers vs Seniors basketball happening TODAY DURING LUNCH! Come to gym A for snacks and to cheer your favourite team on!

 

There is a mandatory AP exam meeting in the library today afterschool for all students who signed up to write the AP exam.  Attendance is mandatory.

 

The Cambie Ecosavers will be hosting their annual Earth Week Event next week from April 22 to April 26. On Monday, April 22, there will be a fun interactive bike demo in the rotunda! Come by during lunch to participate!

 

The library will soon be offering a Games Club and Mural Collage Festival. Stay tuned for further updates!!

 

Full credit summer school registration begins at the beginning of May, in order to register for these classes, you need to set up an account with Richmond Continuing Education. Please visit the Cambie school website for links to summer school registration and a list of courses offered. Please see your counsellor if you have any questions.

 

Here’s an announcement from the Cambie Community Centre: Are you looking for a fun place to hangout with your friends? Maybe meet new people? Or do fun activities? Well, every Friday from 6-8:30pm at Cambie Community Centre feel welcome to attend their late Volleyball, or Basketball drop in. Only a Valid Active Pass is required and everyone is welcome! 16+ are encouraged to stay longer for the late LATE night sport drop in from 9:00 – 11:30pm. Government ID and a fee of $3.30 is required. Or you can check out Cambie’s Friday Night hangout offered in the games room from 6:00 – 9:00pm also free with a valid active pass.
