We would like to begin by acknowledging and thanking the First Peoples of the Hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ language groups on whose traditional and unceded territories we teach, learn and live.

Hey Cambie, did you know the Cambie Rec Leadership class is hosting intramurals this year? You may be wondering, what are intramurals? Intramurals are organized sports activities within one school. They are a great way to participate in sports and compete against your peers during school hours. At Cambie, intramurals may include sports like basketball, volleyball, handball, tug-o-war, soccer, dodgeball and others. No experience is necessary to join in – it's all about having fun and enjoying the game! If you're interested, please see the booth set up at lunch this week from Wednesday to Friday in the rotunda.

Attention all Grade 10's. You will be writing your provincial literacy 10 assessment on the morning of Thursday, November 2. Please check what room you are assigned to write the assessment. You must go to the assigned room to write. The list is posted on the wall between the office and counselling area. Please make sure you check it out! See Ms. Hui in the office if you have any questions.

Halloween?!?!?!? Fashion Show?!?!! Oh my goodness gracious student Council's annual Halloween Fashion Show is back. On October 31st YOU can walk the runway individually or in a group costume with your friends. Mr. Ngo, Ms. Hui, and Ms. Timmins are even giving out a prize for the best costumes! Sign up to show off your amazing costumes by Sunday October 29th via the link in the @cambiestuco's Instagram page or via the QR codes posted all around the school.

Halloween Goody Bag sales has been extended! Grad Council will be selling pre-orders for goody bags until Wednesday this week during lunch. Prices are $3 for small & $5 for large. This can be sent to your friends, your teachers, or yourself!

KCambie is excited to announce auditions for our vibrant dance team! Whether you're a K-pop enthusiast or interested in showcasing your dance skills, this is your chance to stand out. The auditions will take place on Thursday at PLT's community center dance studio. You can choose your song, but it must be at least 30 seconds long. There are no experience requirements to participate, so whether you're an experienced dancer or just starting out, we want to see the passion you bring to the dance floor. See you at the auditions!
