To avoid delays in receiving your tickets, please ensure all school and grad fees are paid prior to May 24, 2013. See Ms. Yip in the main office for account details.

Grads who do not attend this rehearsal may not be permitted to participate on June 7th at the Chan Centre. See Mr. da Silva if you have a conflict.
CEREMONY It is anticipated that the ceremony will last approximately three hours. This formal evening event is a celebration of the culmination of public schooling. All graduates and guests will be expected to remain for the entire program as we acknowledge each and every graduate. As this is a formal occasion, applause is the acceptable form of recognition for grads – no noise makers, please.

DRY AFTER GRAD
The After Grad is sponsored and run by the Cambie Parent Advisory Council. This event will take place after the dinner dance on Thursday, June 27th and is open to Cambie grads only. Tickets are on sale for $50. Please contact Ms. Yip in the office to purchase tickets.
Students will be transported by charter bus from the hotel to the event which is hosted at The Fridge drop-in center at 11295 Mellis Drive, Richmond. Students have the opportunity to change out of their formal grad attire if they have previously dropped off clothing at The Fridge during the day. The clothing drop-off will be open from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and we strongly encourage students to take advantage of this option.
The event includes many activities such as laser tag, inflatable obstacle course, temporary tattoo artist, photo booth, poker room, pool tables, video games, stage entertainment, magic show and more. There are also food and prizes all night long. The party finishes with a breakfast and grand prize draws at 4:30 a.m. Students are responsible for their own transportation home. Parents will be called if their child wishes to leave the event, at any time during the night, prior to the breakfast.
This is the tenth year that the PAC has hosted the after grad party and we are looking forward to a great night of making memories for the grads of 2013. There is always room for help if you are available. Parents are encouraged to drop by and assist with the decorating on Wednesday, June 26th beginning at 9:00 a.m. and continuing into the evening. Help is also needed for the take-down on Friday, June 28th beginning at 5:00 a.m. Also, we still need prize donations (or cash) if you are able to assist in that way.
