Hey Cambie, SHARE’s Ramadan food and cash drive is back! During Block D we will be collecting Monetary donations, and non-perishable food and drink until April 19th in support of the BC Muslim Food Bank. Food is 2 points and Cash is 1 point per dollar. Ramadan Mubarak!!

Did you Know, the end of Ramadan is celebrated with a big celebration called ‘Eid ul-Fitr’. This celebration marks the end of fasting and gives thanks for the strength given by Allah during the month of Ramadan. Muslims dress in their finest clothes, give gifts to children, spend time with their friends and family and give money to charity to celebrate.
