Student Notices - Jan. 20, 2023

We would like to begin by acknowledging and thanking the First Peoples of the Hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ language groups on whose traditional and unceded territories we teach, learn and live.

Thank you to all students who are participating in Cambie Reading Riot. We are off to a great start.

This week's winner is Grade 10 student Chanpreet Bhanwar.

Chanpreet Bhanwar, please come to the library to claim your prize. Remember, prizes are drawn every Friday, so let's keep reading, Cambie students!

Attention all grade 11s and 12s! TODAY is the LAST DAY to purchase your Winter formal tickets in-person! Grad Council will be selling tickets in the rotunda at Lunch. Admission to this fun-filled event is $75 and can also be purchased through SchoolCashOnline. Can’t wait to see you all on the dance floor!

Bell Let’s Talk Day is January 25 and The Mental Health Promotion Club at Cambie will be joining in to help create positive change for mental health.

When it comes to mental health, it’s important to support ourselves and each other. There are many actions big and small that we can do to improve our own mental health and the lives of people living with mental health issues. Stay tuned to the announcements for a new action each day leading up to Bell Let’s Talk Day.

Together, Cambie can join in to help create positive change. Remember that our teachers, counsellors and principals are here to listen and provide you with support!
