Hey Cambie! It’s day 7 of our 12 days of winter wellness. Today, we would like to discuss the importance of sleep. Improvement in the quality of your sleep often leads to improvement in both your physical and mental wellbeing. It is important to ensure that you get a minimum of eight hours of sleep each night. Congratulations to the Senior Boys Basketball team for a hard-fought victory, 60-30 over Samuel Robertson Tech last night in the semi-finals of the John Oliver Tournament. The team will play in the championship game tonight at 7:45 versus Notre Dame at John Oliver

With the crazy weather we’ve been having, can you imagine having wet feet all day or hands that never quite get warm at night? Hey Cambie grads! Today is the LAST DAY to buy tickets for ice skating at Minoru Arenas on December 14th! Tickets will be sold for $8 in the rotunda at lunch. Attention Cambie students and staff! It’s that time of year again, our annual Winter Holiday Breakfast is coming up next week Thursday the 15th. There will be an enormous supply of pancakes, so make sure to take a look. But that’s not all: Door decorating contests are happening on the same day, so make sure your Block C class creates a fantastic door for a chance to win a pizza party. We also have a spirit week coming, which includes Music Monday, Teacher Tuesday, Cozy Wednesday, PJ Thursday, and Frosty Friday! Be sure to dress up as your favourite music artist for music Monday AND participate in the karaoke event we have at lunch on Monday!
