Hey Cambie! It’s day 4 of our 12 days of winter wellness

You can reduce stress by finding something you’re passionate about whether it is expressing your feelings through writing or talking.

That was your tip for the day. You can also come down to the library to check out the tips on the

front window.

What you need to know about Sock Wars today: The second program we are supporting is Youth Unlimited’s ‘Street Life Outreach’ Program. This program is found on the downtown east side of Vancouver and provides a safe space for young people, many of whom are living on the street or participating in high-risk, street level activities. Youth Unlimited’s ‘Street Life Outreach’ Program allows youth to connect with services and resources as well as provide them with basic needs like hot meals, gloves, or a fresh pair of socks. They even have a mobile unit that moves around the community, which allows for more connections and convenience for those who need it.

An important reminder to grade twelve students that post-secondary institutions continue to be hosting important online application webinars and info sessions for students. Advisors will be available to follow up with any questions. TODAY - The University of Toronto Application Workshop and SFU's Ask Advisors Anything Session.
