Hey Cambie! It’s day 8 of our 12 Days of Winter Wellness. Here’s your tip for the day: Yesterday, we discussed the importance of getting the proper amount of sleep each night. It is just as important to ensure that your sleep is undisturbed. Consider putting your phone on do not disturb mode or keeping it in a separate room at night to avoid distractions. Congratulations to the senior boys’ basketball team for a hard-fought tournament at John Oliver. They won their last game in overtime, against Point Grey, coming back from a 20-point deficit. Keep the momentum going boys!
