Hey Cambie! It’s Wellness Wednesday, and here are your announcements! Everyone can experience stress from time to time but continuing to feel stressed can get in the way of daily life. Check out this section to learn more about what leads to stress, how to manage and prevent it from affecting your mental and physical well-being. Some tips to manage stress can include:
- Getting to know what causes you stress.
- Relaxing your mind and body this can include listening to your favourite playlist or cuddling with a pet.
- Trying to find some time for you. Whether it’s reading, journaling, hiking, listening to music, taking the dog for a walk, playing a video game, or watching the sunset.
- It can also be helpful to talk through what’s going on for you. Reach out to someone – a friend, family member, teacher, coach, or someone who has been there for you. It can be helpful to talk through what you’re feeling.

Attention all Grade 12 students! Grad Council is hosting the very first graduation trip of the year to HALLOWED EVES at the PNE on Saturday October 30th. We have extended the deadline to purchase your ticket to THIS FRIDAY, October 15th. Tickets are $40 and can be purchased TODAY or FRIDAY at lunch in the Rotunda.
