Good morning Cambie it’s Wellness Wednesday and here is your announcement.  Establishing a work-life balance in your life is essential in leading a healthy and mindful life. Everyone has a variety of priorities, obligations, relationships, interests and activities that take up time from our busy schedules.  We all have responsibilities that we must complete, such as school and work.  On the other side of things, we all have things that we enjoy doing, such as spending time with family and friends, hobbies, and other extracurriculars.  It is important to find a balance between the two, in order to appropriately divide our time.

It’s safe to say that most of us feel unwell and incapable when overwhelmed.  This stress can be very harmful and add to poor mental health, making it difficult to concentrate, make decisions, feel confident in our abilities, and handle problems or difficulties.  It can also negatively affect our relationships, our work and overall wellbeing.

Finding balance can help eliminate this feeling of stress, positively impacting our mental health. For more information visit the counselling centre, or

Hey Cambie students! Come and participate in Cambie's Reading Riot: Richmond's Teen Readers' Choice Award for 2019-2020. It's easy to join!  Just register in the library.  There are 9 books in total.  Read and rate as many as you can by April 30th.  Every Friday, a ballet is drawn and one participant wins a prize, so come and join in on the fun!

Are you in the mood for Time Travel?  Well, you can't travel back to last week's 'snow day', but you can take a trip back to the 1960's with the Cambie Art Department!  The "Swinging Sixites" showcase will be open until Friday...drop by B Wing for a fully legal psychedelic experience!

This is a message for all library monitors.  Library monitors, please come to the library at the beginning of lunch TODAY to get your picture taken for the yearbook.

A reminder to all Pathways 10 students that there will be a famine meeting tomorrow in PLT with Ms. Sanders.
