Hey Cambie! It’s Day 5 of our 12 Days of Winter Wellness and here is your tip for the day:
There may be times when you are not able to change something upsetting. This can be a very difficult stress to cope with. Sometimes all you can do is manage your distress or grief, and give yourself the gift of patience as you grow into acceptance.
That was your tip for the day. You can also come down to the library to check out the tips on the front window. For more information, please visit www.heretohelp.ca.
Hey Cambie! Thursday’s 1-2 block will be your LAST chance to donate to Sock Wars! Donations of money, new socks, gently used sweaters and gently used YOUTH winter jackets would be greatly appreciated. Get your donations in, Crusaders!
