Its Day 4 of Mental Health Awareness Week and here is your announcement: Did you know that mental health is about more than being happy all the time? It’s about feeling good about who you are, having balance in your life and managing life’s highs and lows. Help us “GET LOUD about what mental health really is at Cambie” by tweeting, thinking and talking about mental health. Look for us in the Rotunda at lunch today for an opportunity to share your ideas about what things make you stronger and promotes wellness in your life. The FIRST 50 students to come by will receive a treat! See you then!
