The way you think about something has a big impact on your mental health. When you feel well it’s easier to see positive aspects, or if you don’t feel well you may be more likely to get stuck on the negative. Emotions are the way you feel. Behaviours are the helpful or harmful things you do. Body reactions are changes in your body like faster heart rate, shallow breathing etc. Each of these can influence the other, sometimes the influence is positive other times it is not.
