  1. Congratulations to the grade 8 boys volleyball team who won their first league game against Richmond high yesterday 3-0!

  2. All Track Athletes .... paperwork and money should all be in to Mrs. Curtis.  If it isn't, you need to have a conversation with her as soon as possible.  Wednesday's practice is at Minoru Track from 3:15-4:45pm.  If it is raining on Wednesday, we will have practice here at Cambie in half a gym right after school to practice high jump, shot put, and some discus standing drills.  Athletes, you MUST let Mrs. Curtis know if you are going to Minoru so that she brings the proper equipment.  Get on the Facebook group to message her.

  3. There will be a staff versus students floor hockey game tomorrow (Thursday) at lunch. If you are interested in playing, please let Mr. Meier know. This is a fundraising event being put on by a few Rec 12 studnets to raise money in support of the Humboldt victims. Entrance to be a spectator will be by donation, with all proceeds being donated to the Humboldt GoFundMe page.

  4. Attention all students who are interested in applying for a Cambie Service Award: Please come to the office and pickup a blue service hours sheet.  Please fill in and submit your sheet to the main office by Friday, April 20th.

  5. A reminder to all GGG members, there will be a meeting TODAY at lunch in Mrs. Faryon's room.

  6. A reminder to all Interact members, there will be a meeting this Friday at lunch in Mr. Li's room. EarlyAct is also taking place this week.

  7. Attention all grade 12 students - The Student Transcripts Service has been updated, and as a result, the Ministry of Education has made an announcement that students who made Post-Secondary Institution selections before February 26th may need to re-select their choices no later than May 3, 2018 to ensure their interim (Term 2) marks are transmitted on May 7th. Double-check that your information is correct on your STS account.  If information is missing, on the STS website, be sure to re-select the post-secondary institutions individually and send 'final and interim' to resend your transcripts by May 3rd. This will ensure that your interim marks are included in the data that is sent to PSIs on May 7th. See Ms. Millar if you have any questions.
