  1. Attention all students:  Cambie library is excited to once again participate in Reading Riot, where all Cambie students are invited to read and rate up to 8 books.  Cambie Reading Riot is running from now until the end of April! It's easy to join! Just register with Mrs. Kos or Ms. Cho in the library.   Students who participate are eligible for weekly prizes which are drawn every Friday.  Come and join in on the fun.

  2. Attention Gr. 12 Students – Winter Formal tickets will be distributed at lunch time on Thursday, Feb. 15th.  If you have purchased a ticket, please come to the front of the office to pick up yours at lunch time.

  3. All CCC helpers and Grade 8 ambassadors: please come to the counselling Centre at the beginning of lunch on Thursday for a Year Book Photo!  Please be punctual. We will also discuss Group Tee shirts opportunity. See you on Thursday at lunch!

  4. Unfortunately due to missing computer equipment, the counselling centre will be closed before school and at school breaks until further notice. This includes morning breakfast club. Students are still able to access the counselling area to meet the counsellors. We welcome any information on the missing equipment and hope to have it returned as soon as possible so students can begin using the area again.

  5. There is a very important Girls Giving Greatness meeting today at lunch in D215.  All members please attend.

  6. This message is to all students in Grades 10, 11 and 12. If you have been thinking about taking Calculus in grade 12 or university and want to know more about it, please come to room C212 today at lunch to meet and talk to some Cambie grads who are now in post-secondary. They will also answer questions you may have about post-secondary life.

  7. A reminder to all Interact members that our weekly meeting is tomorrow, not Friday.

  8. All students going to Whistler on March 2nd there is a mandatory meeting in Ms. Sanders room A211 tomorrow at nutrition break.

  9. Students and the program teacher from the Richmond District Plumbing Program will be here for a demonstration in the Rotunda area this Thursday. Drop by if you would like to find out more about the program!

  10. Grade 12 students: a reminder to apply for the Richmond Foundation scholarships. There are many opportunities, and not all are necessarily grades-based! See the Career Centre District website for details and Ms. Millar if you have any questions.

  11. This is a final reminder that all of the Grade 9 immunization permission forms are due immediately. If you have not yet submitted yours, please have them complete and submit to the office right now.

  12. Mandarin students would like to wish everyone a Happy Chinese New Year on Friday.
