  1. Hey Canby! Just a reminder that Breakfast Club is open every single day from 7:45 to 8:15 the Counselling Centre.  Come down for some toast, juice, cereal, yogurt, and much more! See you in the morning!

     

  2. A message for all GGG members, there will be a meeting this Wednesday, January 10th at lunch in Mrs. Curtis’ room!

     

  3. Attention all students: Introducing, for the second year in a row:  Reading Riot: Richmond's Teen Readers' Choice Award for 2018.  Cambie library is excited to once again participate in Reading Riot, where all Cambie students are invited to read up to 8 books, and then rate each one out of 5 stars. Cambie Reading Riot has started, and will run until the end of March!  It's easy to join!  Just register with Mrs. Kos or Ms. Cho in the library.  There are 8 books in total.  Read and rate at least 5 by March 30th.  At the end of March, teacher-librarians across Richmond will tally up the votes and declare one book to be a district-wide winner.  Students who participate will be eligible for weekly prizes, which will be drawn every Friday.  Come and join in on the fun.  You can also visit our library website.

     

  4. There will be a MANDATORY ski/snowboard club meeting on Friday at lunch in D215.  All skiers and snowboarders must attend in order to be able to participate in the Cypress Mountain trips.  See Mrs. Curtis if you are unable to attend.

     

  5. All Grade 8 Ambassadors please be reminded that your Second Training Session is today, Tuesday at lunch in the Counselling Area.  Please come prepared with your script for the Grade 7 Feeder School Visit. Thank you!

     

  6. Cambie Youth Clinic is a free and confidential health clinic for youth. It is open today and every Tuesday from 2-4 pm at the East Richmond Community hall. You may drop in or make an appointment to see a nurse, doctor or counsellor.
