  1. Attention All Grads: Dinner dance ticket deadline is Friday, May 19, 2017.  Please pay Ms. Yip ASAP.Without payment, you’ll not be able to reserve a spot on a table with friends or a group.

     

  2. Congratulations to those track athletes who have qualified for the zone championships coming up this Tuesday and Wednesday.  There is a MANDATORY MEETING regarding the Zone Championships at recess today in Gym A.Please be prompt.

     

  3. All Track Athletes need to be members of the Cambie Track and Field Facebook group as this is where results are posted and information is passed on.

     

  4. The Standard First Aid course on June 3 & 4 is the last one until October.  If students are planning on taking their First Responder training in June or August, they will require their Standard First Aid certification before being accepted into those FR courses. There are a few spaces in the June and August First Responder courses, but are starting to fill quickly.  Sign up forms are available in the office.  Please get your forms and money to Mrs. Curtis as soon as possible.

     

  5. All grade 8 boys on the volleyball team there is a mandatory practice Monday May 15th right after-school.  All boys on the grade 8 boys volleyball team must be at practice on Monday - the playoffs will start on Tuesday next week.  See Ms. Alblas if you have any questions. 

     

  6. A reminder to all interested Grade 11 students: The Link38 Applications, for the KPU/Richmond District Double Credit Program, are due into your counsellor as soon as possible, before the May 18th deadline.

     

  7. SFU will be hosting an information event for newly admitted students and their families Thursday May 25 from 5 – 8 pm at the Burnaby Campus.

     

  8. Hey Cambie! Rec Leadership is pre-ordering bubble tea to fundraise for prom and BC Children’s Hospital! The price is $4.50 with and without pearls.  Pre-orders run from Tuesday to Friday this week and will be delivered next week Tuesday.  We will also be selling tea at lunch and afterschool in the rotunda, so come on by!
